The villa accommodates 10 people with 5 bedrooms.

This elegant villa was designed in 2005 and completely rebuilt by the Italian/English architect couple who own the property, creating a very contemporary version of a classic Tuscan villa.

The interior of the villa

From the villa’s living area and covered terrace, there are beautiful views of the pool and the valley.

The villa consists on the ground floor of a living room with dining area, a large and modern kitchen (with everything you could wish for, including a double refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and pizza oven) with a dining area for 8 people.

The dining room has space for 10 people, and there is also a guest annex with 1 double bedroom with bathroom, as well as a utility room containing a washing machine and ironing board. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (one of them with a jacuzzi).

It is simply a wonderful villa to stay in. There are many beautiful details, and the villa is very functional.

The villa’s outdoor area

Outside the house, facing the garden, there is a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. From here, you can enjoy an indescribably beautiful view of the landscape, covered with vineyards and olive trees.

In the garden, on the lawn by the pool (15 x 5 m), there is a paved area with a comfortable, shaded pergola and sun loungers.

Experiences in the area

The villa is located in an agricultural area above an unspoiled valley with the Ombrone River. From here you have views of the nearby vineyards, distant wineries and castles on the horizon.

With its location along a very quiet road, it is both practical and quick to reach the nearest town, Buonconvento, where you will find a large supermarket, restaurants and more.
