A villa with two separate apartments

Villa Barbero consists of two independent, fully renovated apartments. The ground-floor apartment accommodates 4 guests, while the first-floor apartment accommodates 5 guests.

The apartments can be rented separately or together as a private villa for up to 9 guests. This makes Villa Barbero ideal for a family holiday or for two families or groups of friends who would like to spend their holiday together while still having their own private accommodation.

The interiors are modern and stylish, while respecting the original character of the house. Exposed brick walls, stone details and visible wooden ceiling beams create a warm, rustic atmosphere, while discreet LED lighting highlights the beautiful materials.

Both apartments have a well-equipped kitchen, although there is no dishwasher, portable air conditioning, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Large panoramic windows bring the surrounding landscape into the apartments and offer wonderful views across the green hills and vineyards of the Langhe.

The outdoor area

In front of the villa is a large infinity pool with exceptionally beautiful views across the countryside. The saltwater pool measures 6 x 12 metres and is 1.45 metres deep. Sun loungers are arranged around the pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the peace, quiet and scenery.

The villa is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2,500 m² with several outdoor seating areas. Tables and chairs are available both in front of and behind the house, allowing guests to dine outside at different times of the day. A barbecue is also available.

The owner, Stefano, lives with his family in the neighbouring house and is happy to assist whenever needed. He can arrange cooking classes in your apartment, as well as visits to the family’s wine cellar in Santo Stefano Belbo, approximately 8.5 km from the villa.

The villa also has a welcoming wine room, where guests can book an aperitivo, a wine tasting or a meal prepared by a private chef. Here, you can taste the family’s own wines without having to drive anywhere.

Experiences in the area

Villa Barbero is located in the heart of one of Italy’s most famous wine regions, where small hilltop towns, family-run wineries and excellent restaurants are scattered among the vineyards.

The nearest town is Mango, approximately 4 km from the villa. The atmospheric wine town of Neive is about 6.5 km away and offers shops, restaurants and a charming historic centre.

Alba is approximately 20 km from the villa and is known for its truffles, wine and lively town centre with shops and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy day trips to Asti, Bra, Barolo and La Morra, all of which are within a comfortable driving distance.
