The Villa

The property consists of a main house and a separate annex, making it particularly well suited for multi-generational families or groups who appreciate spending time together while still enjoying a little extra privacy.

The main villa features a bright and spacious living room with comfortable sofas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly reflects the relaxed Sicilian lifestyle. The beautiful contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals and enjoy leisurely evenings at home.

The main house also offers three elegant double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each includes a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for the 10th and 11th guests. The third bedroom is situated on the first floor, where you'll be rewarded with lovely views across the surrounding countryside.

Adjacent to the villa is the self-contained annex with its own private entrance. Here you'll find a cosy living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for the 12th guest. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is one double bed and one single bed.

Outdoor Areas

From the kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious covered terrace, where you'll likely spend many spring, summer, and early autumn meals while overlooking the garden and pool area, with glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.

The villa is surrounded by an impressive 4,000 m² landscaped garden filled with olive and citrus trees, creating an authentic Sicilian setting. The large private swimming pool (12 x 5 metres) is perfect for both relaxation and family fun, while the outdoor jacuzzi offers an extra touch of luxury.

The pool area is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect place to soak up the Sicilian sunshine or relax in the shade.

Villa Baglio Le Corte enjoys an excellent location between the Mediterranean coast and the historic town of Modica, just 10 km away and easily reached by car. Modica is renowned for its impressive Baroque architecture, fascinating historical landmarks, charming narrow streets, and colourful local markets where you can experience authentic Sicilian life.

The nearest supermarket and restaurants can be found in Pozzallo, only 8 km from the villa. This lively coastal town is also home to one of the area's most popular beaches, famous for its golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere. It is an ideal destination for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying a wide range of water sports.

Just 12 km away lies the charming town of Ispica, where you can experience everyday Sicilian life, enjoy local cafés and restaurants, or stroll through its attractive historic centre.
