The villa’s interior

This villa has a modern interior, where you will find a living area with a sofa in front of the fireplace. In addition, there is a kitchen and dining area with direct access to the covered terrace. Furthermore, there are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and private bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds, while the last one has two single beds and direct access to the villa’s terrace, providing extra flexibility and privacy for those staying in this room.

The villa’s outdoor area

On the covered terrace you will find both a lounge area with sofas, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen, allowing you to cook under the open sky. Here you will also find a shower, so you can rinse off before and after a dip in the pool. If you need to relax a little, you can enjoy the hydromassage in the pool. Around the pool you will find sun loungers where you can lie back, relax and enjoy the sun. The garden is lush and well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Villa Angelina has an ideal location for those who wish to experience authentic Sicily. Only a few kilometres away you will find Modica, one of Sicily’s most charming baroque towns, famous for its impressive architecture and rich chocolate heritage. Modica Alta is only 2 km from the villa, while Modica Centro can be reached within a short time. The nearest supermarket is only 3 km away.

In Modica you will find a wide selection of restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Sicilian cuisine, from fresh fish and seafood to the famous local pasta dishes. There are also several supermarkets and small speciality shops where you can buy everything from fresh produce to local delicacies and wine, making it easy to prepare your own meals in the villa’s kitchen.

In addition, the historic towns of Ragusa and Scicli are also within a short driving distance, where culture and Italian charm come together.

For beach lovers, there are the lovely sandy beaches at Pozzallo and Sampieri, and not least Marina di Modica beach, which is only 25 km away – a perfect place for a day of sunbathing, water sports and relaxation by the crystal-clear water.
