The large terrace invites you to enjoy calm mornings and long evenings under the open sky, while the 8,000 m² garden is filled with lush greenery and blooming flowers. Here, you’ll find plenty of space to relax in both sun and shade – perhaps with a glass of wine by the pool or a meal together by the barbecue under the cool veranda.

The villa is relatively new but clearly inspired by classic Sicilian architecture – something you’ll notice from the very first glance. The bright Modica and Noto stones give the house a warm glow and distinctive character. Inside, an elegant home awaits, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms decorated in natural materials and soft, light colors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine for capsules, and everything you need to prepare meals together. The villa also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, and TV – all designed with comfort and quality in mind.
