The villa’s outdoor area

Villa Airone is set on a hilltop surrounded by nature, within the Tenuta di Tegoni estate near Radicondoli. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful holiday with views of horses grazing in the fields and sunsets over the medieval village – ideal for families who love horses.

The villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden of about 4,000 m² with lawn, flowering shrubs, and a pond that adds to the tranquil atmosphere.

The pool area is perfectly positioned so you can enjoy views of both the landscape and the pond. The pool (7 x 3 meters, 1.3 meters deep) has salt water and can be heated during cooler periods. Roman steps make it easy for everyone to enter the water. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy the day in full comfort.

In front of the house, large shade sails create a cozy space for outdoor meals. A big table, chairs, and a barbecue make it the perfect spot for long evenings with food and wine under the Tuscan sky.

The entire Tenuta di Tegoni estate, where Villa Airone Tegon is located, stretches over 10 hectares – offering plenty of space for walks or horseback rides through the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The interior of the villa

Villa Airone Tegon is built on one level, combining modern comfort with the simplicity of nature. Inside, a large open-plan living area with fireplace, dining space, and kitchen welcomes you with plenty of light streaming through the large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the interior is decorated in warm colors and natural materials that create a calm, inviting atmosphere.

From the center of the villa, two symmetrical wings extend to either side. Each section includes a small TV room and three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds, which can be converted into a double. All rooms have direct access to the garden, keeping you close to nature at all times.

Each wing also has two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In addition, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with double sinks and a toilet.

Large windows throughout the villa bring in light and nature, and everywhere you’ll feel the calm energy of the surrounding landscape – a place made for relaxation and togetherness.
