Near Arezzo is this nice villa with its own garden and pool for 8 people

Villa for 9–11 people with 4 bedrooms, where the beds for the 10th and 11th person are intended for children under 12 years old.*

This beautiful villa is located on an estate of 3 hectares of olive groves, fields and vineyards, beautifully situated in southern Tuscany near Arezzo.

The villa’s outdoor area

At the end of a gravel road, you will find two villas: the lovely villa called Agrirosa, which is rented out to guests, and another villa where the kind and helpful owners of Agrirosa live themselves.

The two villas are located approximately 10 metres apart, but both have their own entrance and are independent of each other with a separate garden and pool area, so there is still plenty of privacy when you stay at the villa. There is also a vegetable garden, and if you would like to see the vegetable garden, simply ask, and they will be happy to show you around. The vegetable garden varies in content depending on the weather, seasons and time of year.

The owners also have dogs, which are very peaceful and like to have a chat.

The villa’s interior

Villa Agrirosa is a spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable villa with exposed beams, arches and terracotta floors, and the interior is classically Italian furnished with antiques.

The main entrance to the house is through a covered veranda furnished with a sofa and armchairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofa, armchair and TV; a bright dining room with two French windows opening towards the garden. A fully equipped rustic country kitchen with oven, cooker with 5 burners, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (queen-size bed) with TV, fan and private bathroom with shower and toilet. In this room there is a sofa bed, which is intended for 2 children of maximum 12 years old. On the ground floor there is also air conditioning (extra payment if used).

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with 1 single bed (1.2 m) and 1 French bed (1.60 m). This room also has its own bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have their own TV, and the rooms on the first floor also have mosquito nets.

You have your own garden and exclusive use of the pool (5 x 10 metres – 1.40 metres deep), and the pool area is fenced and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Between the villa and the pool there is a covered dining area with panoramic views and a barbecue.

Furthermore, you have your own washing machine in the basement, fans in the bedrooms, a table tennis table, covered parking, and the owners have made a vegetable garden only for the villa’s guests, so here you can freely pick home-grown vegetables for your dinners.

The owners love cooking and offer to prepare breakfast and typical Tuscan dinners at Villa Agrirosa if you are interested. This is on request and at an additional cost.

Experiences in the area

The village of Monte San Savino is only about 3 km away. Here you will find good restaurants, a bar, small grocery shops and a bank. It is an atmospheric village.

In Arezzo, which is located approximately 27 km away, there are many shops and supermarkets, while beautiful Siena, which is definitely worth a visit, is located 43 km away. Giuseppina herself tells about some of the experiences she recommends. Among other things, she mentions visiting one of the local riding schools and seeing the landscape from horseback.

You can also go to Bagni di San Filippo, where there are thermal springs. The La Verna monastery is extremely beautiful. If you would like to get some kilometres in your legs, she can help with a 10 km route in a circle around the property, where you pass through the Virca forest and the Gargonza castle.

As Giuseppina says, this is an incredibly beautiful area with plenty of historic towns, which she could continue mentioning. But what she would most like you to do is come to her, tell her what you would like to experience and what you love to see on your holiday. Then she will try to guide you while you are there, because as she says, things can change from year to year.

*Please note that if the villa is rented by 6 or fewer people, one bedroom and bathroom will be locked.
