Villa Il Goro is a charming stone villa accommodating up to 7 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here, you will enjoy a peaceful retreat where you can admire the rolling Tuscan hills, relax by your private pool, and gather the family for meals under the open sky. At the same time, you will be staying in a central location in Tuscany, within easy reach of some of the region's most famous towns, including San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena, and Pisa.

The Villa

Villa Il Goro measures 90 m² and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a sofa, fireplace, and TV, as well as a well equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an espresso coffee machine. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. You will also find two bathrooms with showers.

The villa is decorated in light colours while still preserving its authentic Tuscan character, with beautiful flooring and exposed stone walls in the living room that reflect the history and charm of both the villa and the surrounding area.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets in all bedrooms, and a washing machine.

Outdoor Area

Outside, you will find a private enclosed garden where your family can enjoy a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings. The garden features a private swimming pool (6 x 3 metres), sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, allowing you to rinse off before and after a swim.

The garden also includes a brick built gazebo with comfortable lounge furniture, offering welcome shade during the warmest hours of the day. There is also a dining table, barbecue, and pizza oven, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors beneath the Tuscan sky.

The Surrounding Area

Villa Il Goro is located near Montaione, in the heart of Tuscany. From here, you have easy access to many of the region's most popular destinations. San Gimignano and Volterra are around 30 minutes away, while Florence, Siena, and Pisa can all be reached within approximately one hour by car.

If you would like to spend a day by the sea, the Etruscan Coast and its attractive beaches are located around 80 km from the villa.

The area around Montaione also offers beautiful hiking trails, cycling routes through the rolling countryside, and charming villages where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of Tuscany.
