Welcome to a location on the seafront with panoramic views

In the middle of the small beach town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci and right on the seafront lies our 3 apartments with panoramic views. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor (top floor) in a building consisting of other apartments and on the ground floor a bar / restaurant and some small shops. There is a small elevator in the building. There is direct access from the building to the beach and a small beach restaurant is the closest neighbor. Shower at the end of the beach. Despite its very central location it is peaceful in the apartments that faces away from the street, and sounds of the sea is the most penetrating sound.

To the left of the building is a hotel that has a nice pool just off the beach. It is possible for our guests to use this pool for a fee.

The beach is the finest beach and has the blue flag. It is possible to hire sunbeds and parasols on the adjacent private beach.

On each side of the promenade there are restaurants and shops, and is buzzing with life in the summer. The beach town is also famous for its spa.

All 3 apartments have balconies facing west (with limited space) with panoramic sea views, beach and islands. There are chairs, a table and a parasol on the terraces.

Le Finest - apartment of 50m2 with room for 3 - 5 people with living room with exit to terrace with 5 seats, kitchen corner (well equipped with dishwasher + coffee maker), dining area and double sofa bed (or 2 single beds) in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Double room with double bed (or 2 single beds) and single bed. It is possible to open a door to Murex, if you want a bigger apartment. The parking lot for this apartment is in a fenced garden approximately 300 meters away.

Murex - studio of 32 m2 for 2-3 people with one large room with double sofa bed, one single bed, kitchenette (with limited space with 2 hotplates, small dishwasher, etc.), bathroom with shower and washing machine. The parking lot for this apartment is in a fenced garden approximately 300 meters away.

Nautilus (3 - 5 pers.)

Nautilus - apartment of 50 m2 for 3-5 people with a bright kitchen with dining area (well equipped with dishwasher + coffee machine) and a balcony with 3 good seats, double sofa bed in the living room, a large double room with double bed and a single bed with access to balcony, a fully restored bathroom with shower and washing machine. Airconditioning. The apartment is of very high quality and completely restored (2010). Both balconies are overlooking the beach / sea and Elba and on a good day you can see all the way to Corsica from here. It is possible to open a door to Murex, if you want a bigger apartment. Parking in the enclosed area (remote) just below the building to the south.

The prices include:

Water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, internet, linen and towels.

Baby cot free of charge up to 4 persons in Le Finestre and Nautilus, and 2 persons in Murex. A baby counts as a person.

 

To be paid locally:

Deposit: 200 euro (cash - refunded at departure).

NOTE: In case the waste has not been taken out, 100 euros will be deducted from the deposit.

Air conditioning: 1 euro per kw.

Heating: 2 euro per hour for Le Finestre and Nautilus, and 1,5 euro per hour for Murex.

  

Pets are allowed on request. 

 

NB - Tourist tax:

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 2 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years not included).
