The prices include:
Water, gas, electricity, WIFI and linen changed weekly. Free use of the laundry room (soap not provided).
Pool season:
The swimming pool is open between 24/4 - 18/10.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Inventory deposit: 100 euro per apt (cash - refunded at departure).
Central heating: 6 euro per m3 (in winter).
Baby cot: 4 euro per item per day.
Final cleaning: 40 euro for Le Logge and Il Fico, 45 euro for Fienile and Il Vigneto, and 50 euro for Focolare.

Pets are not allowed.
Charging of an electric car is possible in Badia Agnano (approx. 5 km).
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is 1,5 euro per person per night (children under 12 years old are not included) and for a maximum of 4 days.
