Nice apartments located near a small local village only a short drive from Arezzo
This nice Estate lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.Three farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano and Casale Il Giglio, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been recently charmingly restored. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, where guests canfind a grocery store, a butchery and a bakery.
Farmhouse Casale La Valle consists of 6 apartment, each with private space outside equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Laundry at the guest's disposal (tokens is available at the Reception) Barbecue.
The swimming pool is on two levels (12 x 6 m - prof. 1.20 - 2.50). Each apartment has got satellite tv.
The farm on site has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to biological cultivation techniques.

To be paid locally:
Deposit: 100 euro (cash - refunded at departure).
Final cleaning: 40 - 50 euro (depends on the apartments).
Central heating upon use: 6 euro per m3.
Baby cot: 4 euro per item per day.
Pets are not allowed.
NB
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is 1,5 euro per person per night (children under 12 years old are not included) and for a maximum of 4 days.
