Additionally, there is a separate room with its own bathroom and entrance. All the extra rooms are located on the first floor, while the Clarinetto, Sassofono, Orchestra, and Tromba apartments are spread across both the ground floor and the first floor. This apartment type is perfect, especially if you are traveling with older children who do not need to stay in the same room as their parents. Below the apartment, you'll find a table, chairs, and umbrellas, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, which you'll experience from this large shared terrace. There's plenty of space on the terrace, so even though it's shared, you won't be crowded.

Chardonnay is a 58 sqm apartment that accommodates 2 - 5* persons and is located on the ground floor. You enter the apartment directly from the terrace into the living area, which includes a sofa bed, TV, and a dining area. The entrance to Chardonnay is on the opposite side of the other "Grape" apartments, and it's also on this side that the terrace is situated.

Chardonnay is the apartment with the most private terrace, where you can simultaneously enjoy the view of the vineyards. In the adjacent room, you'll find the kitchen, equipped with a cooking hob, and of course, a refrigerator with a freezer. As you proceed a bit further, you'll reach a small "hallway," where the door on the left leads you to the bathroom, featuring a shower, bidet, and toilet. If you continue straight ahead instead, you'll enter the bedroom, which has a double bed. There is no door to the bedroom, but it is quite spacious and can accommodate, for example, a baby cot.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and toilet. The last door opens into the apartment's spacious bedroom with a double bed.

Outside, you have slightly more individual terraces, but they are still open. The terrace faces the communal area between the buildings.

Right outside the apartment, you have the large red terrace, where there are chairs, a table, and umbrellas. The terrace is communal and is shared with the other apartments, but fortunately, it's large enough so you won't be sitting too close to each other, allowing you to enjoy the fantastic view.
