The description of this beautiful place is quite forward. It can be said shortly - the place has everything - wonderful, home-cooked food, a warm and welcoming family, pool with children's pool, fitness room and relaxing atmosphere. Then season it with breathtaking views!

Soiano is located in the triangle between Florence, Pisa and Siena in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany. Nearest town is Montaione, a small medieval town with a few shops, 2 supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. In the city there are often events in the town square which is the focal point for locals. 

The family Rolfini, Tiberio and Lara, maintain the country house, and is a warm and dedicated young family, and you will find that you almost become part of the family here. They produce wine and oil, and these are important ingredients in their life and in the kitchen as Tiberio controls with expert hand. They have a big garden with lots of fresh vegetables that are being used in the kitchen, and you will also be able to use these fresh ingredients with the help of Lara or Tiberio. 

The country house is composed by 8 apartments, some apartments have a private terrace, and the other share common areas where there is garden furniture for all. The decor in the holiday homes are typically Tuscan. The apartments are very close to the restaurant in the main building , where you are also welcome to relax in during the day. In the restaurant, which is open for the public, you can have breakfast (7 euros) and dinner (20 - 30 euros depending on the menu). The food is home made. You should say a day in advance if you want to eat in the restaurant.

Between the apartments and the restaurant is a covered patio with bench tables, ping pong table and refrigerators with drinks. Here there are views to the pool, and it tends to be the focal point for meals in the evening.

On request there can be also organized cooking classes with the minimum of 3 people per course. There is going to be small aperitif for the participants with the main cooking class menu consisting out of 

Tuscan livers, Pappa al Pomodoro, Homemade fresh stuffed pasta, and Tuscan Cantuccini. 

Surrounded by lawn and dazzling views, the pool ( 21 x 7 m - 148 cm deep) and children's pool (80 cm deep) with panoramic views of the beautiful mountains and hills that goes on as far as the eye can see. Around the pool there are sun beds and umbrellas. Beside the pool is the gym with some machines and weights.

Common grill and internet in public areas. Table football and table tennis for free. It is 8 km. to the gold course Gastelfalfi Resort, and riding on La Fiaba, located 2 km. from Soiano. You can run and walk in the woods of Benestare nearby.

From the main road to Soiano is approx. 1.5 km gravel track in hilly terrain. During the winter of 2013/2014 will be approx. half of this stretch will be paved.
