Entire Sasso Canaldo (19 - 21 pers.)
Entire Sasso Canaldo for Private Rental, you will be renting the entire holiday estate for yourselves, accommodating 19–21 people across the Villa, La Lavanda, La Limonaia, and Roseto.
There will be a shared area where everyone can gather for communal meals, but there is also the option to retreat and relax in your own apartment or villa.
Since you have the whole place to yourselves, you won’t have to share the pool with anyone outside your group.
Villa Sasso Canaldo – 9 people
A two-story villa with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, living area, and 4 bathrooms. The villa offers a beautiful view and a private garden.
Roseto – 2 people (located between Lavanda and Limonaia)
A two-story apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a small kitchen, and living area. There is a connecting door that can be opened to Limonaia.
Limonaia – 2 to 4 people (closest to the villa and next to Roseto)
A two-story apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a small kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed. There is a connecting door that can be opened to Roseto.
La Lavanda – 6 people (separately located, furthest from the villa)
A standalone house located separately with a path leading down to the pool. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen with a living area.

The prices include:
Water, gas, electricity and linen changed weekly.
Pool season:
The swimming pool is open between 8/5 - 4/10.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Inventory deposit: 150 euro for the apartments, and 300 for the villa (cash - refunded at departure)..
Final cleaning: 100 euro for Lavanda, 70 euro Euro for Limonaia and Roseto.200 euro for the villa. 440 euro for the entire property.
Central heating upon use.
Baby cot for free
Air conditioning upon use: 0.6 euro per kWh (only in the bedroom of apartment Lavanda, Limonaia and Roseto).
Party fee: 1.100 euro.
Pets are allowed (1 dog per house is allowed): 40 euro per animal per week.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
