Villa San Pietro accommodates 10 people, spread across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom located in the adjoining annex.

The villa dates back to the 18th century and is surrounded by olive trees and cypress trees, offering a true Tuscan atmosphere. There’s plenty of grass for playing ball, so everyone can stay active. When you’ve warmed up, you can take the small staircase down to the pool sized 4 x 8 meter, 150 cm deep. Here, you’ll find sun loungers and umbrellas at your disposal. Looking over rooftops and treetops, you can see the undulating landscape of the area you’re in. The best view can be enjoyed by heading back up the stairs and sitting down—perhaps with a lovely glass of wine from the Cortona region?

In the garden, you’ll also find a small orangery built of wrought iron with insulated glass, making it perfect for the late evening hours, even outside of the high season's warmth.

The villa itself is spread over two floors, with the ground floor featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additionally, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on this floor. When we go up to the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with showers. Note that one room has two single beds that can be pushed together.

The villa also includes an annex, which can accommodate 2 people. Here, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

You are only 4.5 km from the center of Cortona, which offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés where you can enjoy classic Tuscan cuisine, wine, good coffee, a light snack, or perhaps an Aperol spritz. If you’d like to explore the area further, you can visit Arezzo, Lucignano, or Montepulciano. Maybe you can find a small agriturismo and attend a local wine tasting.
