Villa San Pietro is a villa beyond the ordinary, accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located in the adjoining annex.

Dating back to the 18th century, the villa has been carefully restored from top to bottom with great respect for its history. Surrounded by olive trees and cypress trees, it offers a truly authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

The garden is beautifully maintained, and every corner offers something charming to discover. There is plenty of lawn space for games and outdoor activities, ensuring that everyone can stay entertained.

When you have warmed up from playing, a small staircase leads down to the pool area. The inviting swimming pool measures 4 x 8 m with a depth of 150 cm and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for your comfort.

Looking beyond the rooftops and treetops, you can admire the beautiful rolling landscape surrounding the villa. The view is perhaps best enjoyed by returning up the steps and finding a peaceful spot to sit down – maybe with a wonderful glass of wine from the Cortona area in hand.

Just behind the pool, you will find a beautiful olive grove, where you are welcome to take a relaxing stroll.

The garden also features a charming orangery, built in wrought iron and fitted with insulating glass, making it the perfect place to enjoy the evenings even outside the warmest months of the season. The orangery is also equipped with air conditioning, making it a wonderful space to enjoy throughout the year and for many different purposes.

The Villa Interior

The villa has been lovingly furnished by the owners, who have paid great attention to every detail. Throughout the house, you will find beautiful furniture and unique touches that reflect the villa’s history. The owners have used colours and artwork to create a warm and truly special atmosphere.

The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. This floor also includes one bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with showers. Please note that one of the bedrooms features two single beds, which can be pushed together to create a double bed.

The villa also includes a separate annex, accommodating 2 guests. Here you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The annex is located immediately next to the main villa.

The Surrounding Area

You are only 4.5 km from the centre of Cortona, where you will find a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and cafés. Here you can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine, local wines, excellent coffee, a small snack or perhaps an Aperol Spritz while taking in the atmosphere of this charming town.

If you would like to explore more of the surrounding area, you can visit beautiful destinations such as Arezzo, Lucignano and Montepulciano. You may even discover a small agriturismo where you can enjoy a local wine tasting experience.
