Rigone in Chianti is well maintained vineyard in beautiful, rural surroundings in the middle of the on-site vineyard, yet only 1 km from the village of Montaione  where you will find shops, restaurants, pizzeria, bar and a large supermarket.

The farm has been in family possesion for five generations and now managed by Nada and Luigi with great dedication in order for you to have a great holiday here .

In the three historic buildings on the site are 9 apartments. The buildings are dated back to the 18th century and has been carefully restored in 1998 but still with clear signs of history. Beamed ceilings, fireplaces, etc. contribute to a good atmosphere in the apartments.

The houses have a panoramic position and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (20 x 8 m) with children's pool and jacuzzi. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. There is a playground, 4 mountain bikes, 3 barbecue and a washing machine .

At the reception you can buy farm products such as wine, grappa, olive oil and honey. Here you find Nada who would you help with booking of theater, golf course or just anything that can make your stay as comfortable as possible. Prior to arrival you may order some groceries which will be ready in the apartment upon your arrivel. It is possible to order fresh bread for delivery in the mornings.

It is possible to order breakfast: 12 euro per person - minimum of 2 x breakfast per apartment and minimum of 5 days (only during low and middle season). Must be ordered in advance. 

All apartments (65-80 m2) are spacious and equipped for 4- 6 persons with 2 or 3 bedrooms. There is a possibility of an extra bed in each apartment. The interior is cozy and comfortable and offers a typical Tuscan environment. Each apartment has its own entrance , private terrace and outdoor area, satellite TV, WiFi and mosquito nets at the windows. The kitchen has dish washer, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The area has many attractions. There is short distance to Montaione, and you can easily walk there. There is approx. 55 km to Florence, Siena and Pisa, so it's an ideal location in relation to these destinations. Many medieval villages nearby such as Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano and San Miniato.
