Rigone in Chianti is a relaxing vineyard located in beautiful rural surroundings amidst the family's own vineyard and olive grove. However, it's only 2 km away from the village of Montaione, where you'll find a few shops, restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket.

The vineyard has been in the family's possession for five generations. Now, Nada and Luigi take care of it with great dedication to ensure you have a wonderful holiday here.

There are 9 apartments housed in three historic buildings on the property. These buildings date back to the 18th century and were thoroughly restored in 1998, while still preserving their historical charm. Exposed beam ceilings, fireplaces, and other features contribute to a cozy atmosphere in the apartments.

The houses boast a panoramic position and are surrounded by hilly olive groves and vineyards. In the garden, you'll find a beautiful swimming pool (20 x 8 m - depth 110 - 240 cm) with a children's pool (50 cm deep) and a whirlpool. From here, you can enjoy the stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Additionally, there's a playground, three barbecue areas, and a shared washing machine.

At the reception, you can purchase the farm's products, such as wine and olive oil. Jill is also available there to assist you in sugesting restaurants, sights or booking golf courses, or anything else that can make your stay as pleasant as possible. Before your arrival, you can pre-order some groceries that will be ready in your apartment upon arrival. You can also arrange for fresh bread to be delivered the following morning.

All apartments (ranging from 65 to 80 m2) are spacious and equipped for 4 to 6 people with 2 or 3 bedrooms. There's an option for an extra bed for the last person in all apartments (in the larger ones, the single bedroom turns into a double). The interior is cozy, comfortable, and typically Tuscan. Each apartment has its own entrance, private terrace or outdoor area, 32" satellite TV, WiFi, and mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, a new refrigerator with a freezer, and a toaster, but no oven. Air conditioning is available in all apartments.

The area offers many attractions. Montaione is nearby, and you can walk there with a sidewalk for most of the way. It's about 55 km to Florence, Siena, and Pisa, making it an ideal location for visiting these destinations. There are many charming medieval towns nearby, such as Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano, and San Miniato.
