Relais Agriturismo Campiglioni is a beautiful estate set in a peaceful location, surrounded by nature in the Chianti area of eastern Tuscany.

The Surroundings and Facilities

The property has been carefully restored and is a true family project involving three generations. The estate consists of three independent, simply furnished apartments and six B&B rooms.

The owners produce their own white wine, red wine, and olive oil on the estate, and guests have excellent opportunities to taste and purchase these local products.

The heart of the property is undoubtedly the impressive pool area, featuring a large saltwater swimming pool (18 x 9 metres), a heated children's pool (4 x 4 metres), and a jacuzzi. The pool area is extremely inviting, with comfortable sofas and sun loungers, while pergolas provide welcome shade during the hottest hours of the day.

The pools are surrounded by lawns with breathtaking views over rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see.

There is a charming breakfast restaurant where a buffet is served every morning, featuring homemade dishes prepared with local ingredients. Grandmother herself is responsible for many of the delicious homemade tarts, an important part of traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Many of the ingredients come directly from the estate's own production, including tomatoes, vegetables, and eggs, with a strong focus on creating authentic and memorable meals. Breakfast is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It is served on the terrace overlooking the hills and pool.

There is no regular restaurant at the estate, but during the high season the owners arrange one or more communal dining events during the week, allowing guests to enjoy a special evening together.

The Apartments

All apartments are equipped with flat-screen TV, heating, air conditioning (both in the living area and bedroom), and Wi-Fi.

Each apartment also has its own private terrace with table and chairs, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings at your own pace.

The owners can also help arrange wine and olive oil tastings at a nearby farm, L'Antica Fornace di Ridolfo – Cantalici.

The estate is an excellent starting point for hiking and horseback riding, and it provides the perfect setting for a holiday combining relaxation with sightseeing in some of Tuscany's most beautiful destinations.

Florence, Siena, and Cortona are all within easy reach, while the Prada Outlet is only a 10-minute drive away for those interested in shopping.

Trains to Florence and Arezzo depart from Montevarchi, located approximately 5 km away.

The owners can also help arrange a variety of activities, including truffle hunting, horseback riding through the beautiful countryside, golf, bicycle rental, and tennis court access—perfect for guests who want more than just relaxing by the pool.

The nearest shops, bars, supermarket, kiosk, butcher, and other services are located in Pestello, approximately 2.5 km away.

Montevarchi (5 km) offers a larger selection of facilities, including a large supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and a local market. This is also where you will find a laundrette if you need to wash clothes during your stay.
