This place dates back to 2010, when the owners built a holiday resort designed to meet the wishes and needs of most guests.

The Holiday Apartments

Connected to the “old” Tenuta Quadrifoglio, which includes four apartments and some lovely rooms (please enquire for more information), the family has built 10 new apartments with four-star quality.

The apartments are very functional — all with air conditioning, bright and comfortably furnished with soft furnishings and plenty of space. They offer views over the valley and up the hillside. Each apartment has at least one terrace with a table and chairs. Internet access is available throughout the entire area and in all apartments.

The Resort’s Outdoor Areas

The main attraction of the resort is the pool area. It has been beautifully designed with a lawn area featuring sun loungers and tables. There is also a lovely children’s pool.

Close to the apartments, you will find the reception and the breakfast room with white tables and chairs. Breakfast (buffet) can be purchased at the resort; please see the price under “Paid locally and directly to the owners”.

In the older part of Quadrifoglio, there is a large, beautifully decorated hall used for wedding celebrations.

There is a playground, the possibility to rent bicycles and horses, and for those who love food, there is a cooking school. A shared barbecue area is available for all guests staying in the holiday apartments.

Experiences in the Area

The resort is centrally located near San Gimignano. Almost wherever you are on the property, you can enjoy the most beautiful views over the rolling countryside and look out across Val d’Era.

Down the hillside towards the valley, there are marked walking trails that guests are welcome to use.

The nearest shopping facilities are in Gambassi Terme (9.7 km) and Montaione (9 km). The nearest restaurant is 2.9 km away (Il Casalchino).
