The villa itself is beautifully situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside, and not least the view of Lake Chiusi sets a relaxing atmosphere, where you automatically feel like slowing down.

The villa is from the 18th century, and has over time been lovingly renovated, where there has been a fusion of the traditional Tuscany, from the villa's origins. As well as a small modern dispute, which means that the villa follows the trends of the time.

Around the villa you will find not only terraces for relaxation, or the cool water of the pool in the hot summer days, but also the garden is part of the experience. The garden is filled with various roses, lavenders, herbs and a 100-year-old fig tree - where its fruits can be enjoyed in late August.

Poggio Lago is beautifully situated, and if the holiday is pure relaxation, it is almost not necessary to leave the property. But otherwise the nearest town Chiusi is only 4.5 km away - it is the town's lake as you can see from the villa. In the city you will find both shopping and a little dining.

Here you are greeted by a 135 m2 villa, where inside you will find a living room with sofa beds and a fireplace. In the kitchen you will also find the dining area. In addition, there are 2 double bedrooms, both with bathrooms. As well as another bedroom with 3 beds, which also has its own bathroom.

This villa is for you who love to live in nature with a breathtaking view - both from the pool area but also from the terrace. If you want to get a little step on the pedometer before the trip goes home, then you should go to Lake Chiusi and walk around it - and if this is not enough, then Lake Trasimeno is not so far away.
