Podere Oliveto is a solid stone villa situated on a hilltop. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views over part of the Val d’Orcia National Park.

Located just a 10-minute drive from the villa, you will find the town of Radicofani, one of the most spectacular fortresses in Tuscany, offering impressive panoramic views across a large part of the region. In the town, you will find a bank, a pharmacy and charming cafés.

For shops and restaurants, head to the town of Celle Sul Rigo (approximately an 11-minute drive away), a charming little village situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by picturesque hills and scenic landscapes.

The Villa

The villa has been beautifully restored and furnished with antique furniture to preserve its original style. Here, you will experience the atmosphere of a typical Italian family holiday home.

The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there is one single bedroom, one double bedroom, one bathroom with a shower and one double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The Pool, Garden and Views

Outside, you will find the private garden with panoramic views across the Tuscan countryside. The views are truly magnificent, stretching as far as the eye can see over rolling hills covered with diverse vegetation and woodland.

The swimming pool is located in the garden and measures 6 x 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.30 metres. Here, you can enjoy refreshing swims, relax in the sunshine and spend wonderful days outdoors.

There is also a covered terrace providing welcome shade on warm summer days, perfect for enjoying delicious meals or a good glass of wine while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
