The estate is beautifully situated on the slopes of Monte Cappuccini, which separates Val d’Orcia from Valdichiana. The small village of Sant’Albino is within walking distance (approximately 850 metres), where you will find a few restaurants, a pizzeria and a bakery.

The Villa

Podere Monti has been carefully renovated in recent years. The style is highlighted by fascinating architectural details throughout the interiors and furnishings, creating a place where you will quickly feel at home. The house is decorated with antique furniture, terracotta ceilings, wooden beams or vaulted ceilings, and beautiful wooden floors. Everything has been carefully selected in authentic Tuscan style, with countless details that we are sure you will appreciate.

The villa accommodates 14 guests and consists of three bedrooms with double beds and four suites, which are slightly larger than standard bedrooms. The ground floor features a large and spacious dining room connected to a charming, fully equipped country kitchen. From every window in these rooms, you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views over the vineyards.

On the ground floor, there are also two suites, each with its own bathroom with a bathtub and a private living area. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a laundry room that also includes a bathroom.

The first floor offers three double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower. There are also two junior suites, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The four bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.

The owners do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. For example, you can ask them to arrange your first grocery shopping, so the refrigerator is stocked when you arrive. You can also book a massage, a private chef, a cooking class or anything else you may wish for during your stay.

The Outdoor Area

In the centre of the estate, you will find a large and inviting swimming pool (8 x 16 metres, depth 1.4 metres). You can also take a walk down to your very own natural lake or simply enjoy the spacious garden with its private woodland and olive groves.

When staying at this villa, you also have the unique opportunity to visit the owners’ own vineyard, located approximately 2 km away. You can book a guided tour of the wine cellar followed by a wine tasting — a truly memorable experience.
