The farm is beautifully situated on the slopes of Monte Cappuccini, which separates the Val d’Orcia from Valdichiana. There are all opportunities to relax in your own comfortable villa, make excursions and enjoy the different colors of olive trees and vines that dominate and adorn the Tuscan countryside.

Podere Monti has been carefully refurbished in recent years. The style is emphasized by the exciting architectural details in the interior and the furniture, and it is a place that you quickly fall into. The house is decorated with antique furniture, terracotta ceilings and beams or vaulted ceilings and beautiful wooden floors. All carefully selected in true Tuscan style and lots of details, I'm sure you will enjoy.

The home. which can accommodate 14 pers. consists of 3 double bedrooms and 4 suites that are slightly larger than ordinary rooms. The ground floor contains a large spacious dining room in open connection with a fully equipped, charming country kitchen. From all the windows of the room you have a beautiful panoramic view of the vineyards. On the ground floor there are also 2 en suite suites with bath and separate living room. In addition, there is a double room with en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a laundry room which also has a bathroom. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with shower. There are also 2 junior suites, each with its own bathroom with shower. A wine cellar is also attached to the villa.

In the middle of the plot there is a large, inviting swimming pool (8x16m, depth 1.4m). You can also stroll down to your very own natural lake and or just enjoy the large garden with its own forest and olive groves. The 4 bedrooms on the first floor are air conditioned.

There is walking distance (about 850 m) to Sant'Albino, where there are a few restaurants, pizzeria and a bakery.
