The Outdoor Area

Surrounded by hills and olive groves and located close to Lucca, you will enjoy complete peace and privacy together with a fantastic panoramic view. The villa has its own private swimming pool and several large terraces where you can relax and enjoy the views of the stunning surroundings.

As mentioned, Podere La Quiete features a swimming pool (5 x 8 metres, depth 1.50 metres, with a ladder) with sun loungers, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the sunshine. The pool is located close to the villa, making it easy and convenient to access.

In addition to enjoying the wonderful swimming pool, you can also explore the lush garden, filled with a variety of flowers, shrubs and trees.

The Villa

Let us step inside the villa, where you are first welcomed by an entrance hall leading to a cosy dining room with a dining table, fireplace and TV. Next to this is an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The staircase leads to the first floor, where a sofa bed is located on the landing. At the end of the corridor, there is access to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful Tuscan landscape surrounding the villa. The first floor also includes two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The entire villa, including both bedrooms and living areas, is equipped with air conditioning.

Experiences in the Area

From the villa, the whole family can enjoy walks through the beautiful olive groves leading to a nearby small village. Although the villa is located in the countryside, you are only a few minutes’ drive from a larger town offering everything you need, including supermarkets, restaurants, weekly markets and a monthly antique market, providing plenty to explore.

Just a 20-minute drive away, you will find the beautiful city of Lucca. Other destinations such as Pisa, Florence and, of course, the beaches are also ideal day trips from Podere La Quiete.

The owners offer boat excursions on their boat, LIDA, which can accommodate up to eight guests. This is a wonderful experience for the whole family, with opportunities for swimming trips and excursions to places such as Elba, La Grotta di Byron, Cinque Terre or another destination of your choice.

Please note that you need to drive along a 500-metre gravel road to reach the villa. Parking is available at the property.
