When you rent the entire Podere Campaini, it accommodates 23–34* people, giving you all 7 holiday apartments, each with space for 2–7 guests.

This is a perfect opportunity for the whole family to be together while still enjoying privacy within the apartments. All apartments have their own kitchens if you’d like to cook. Each apartment has a terrace, with several of them located in the same area. You can also dine together on the terrace in front of the main building, where breakfast is served. The owner lives in this building.

There are 11 bedrooms spread across the 7 apartments, providing beds for 23 people; the remaining 11* guests sleep on extra beds or sofa beds.

Located on the ground floor with private entrance for a family of 2 people. It is the only one in the old house consist in a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with sofa, TV sat and wifi, private outdoor space with parking. Fixtures and fittings: white travertine floors, beamed ceilings and rafters and original vaulted ceilings, interior stone-faced fireplace.

The apartment La Cipressina accommodates 2 - 3* people in its 65 m².

The apartment features a private terrace, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a sofa bed, and a TV in the living area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

*The extra for the 3rd person is for a child maximum of 12 years old.

Located at the ground floor, apartment Narciso has independent entrance. This apartment is suitable for 2 - 4* persons.

The apartment also have independent entrance and it is disable-friendly. It consists of a masterbedroom  with disable-friendly bathroom and a big room with a masterbed and a single one , built-in kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, tv sat and wifi, another bathroom with shower, direct access to the swimmingpool private gazebo and private garden.
