Podere Bellavista is located in Tuscany, but close to both Lazio and Umbria 

Villa Podere Bellavista accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms and one bathroom.

When you and your family stay at Podere Bellavista, you will be just 100 metres from the nearest village, where you will find a restaurant, a grocery shop and a tennis court.

The Outdoor Area

Although the villa is located close to a small village, you will still enjoy complete privacy, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge.

In addition to the stunning panoramic views, which can be enjoyed from sunrise throughout the day and into the beautiful evening sunset, the villa also features a private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres, with a depth of 1.2–1.6 metres), offering plenty of opportunities to cool off, swim and simply enjoy the Tuscan sunshine.

The Villa

Step inside and you will find a comfortable living room with sofas, a dining area and a fireplace. There is also a compact kitchen equipped with a cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The ground floor includes a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The villa enjoys an excellent location if you want to make the most of your holiday in Italy. It is situated close to the borders of both Lazio and Umbria, making it easy to experience three different Italian regions during your stay.
