Pieve Il Noce is an authentic country house of 100 m², accommodating up to 6 guests. Originally a barn, the house has been carefully converted into a holiday home while preserving its rustic Tuscan character.

Here, you will stay in peaceful countryside surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, close to the tiny village of Pieve a Presciano. Pieve Il Noce is well suited to those looking for a relaxing holiday with a private swimming pool and an excellent base for exploring Tuscany.

The Villa's Interior

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and equipped with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

The first floor features the living room with a dining area, satellite TV, and a kitchen equipped with, among other things, a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Here, you will also find the house's third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.

From the living room, you have direct access to a covered pergola furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals while overlooking the surrounding vineyards.

The interior is simple, authentic, and cosy, reflecting the rustic style that characterises many of the older Tuscan country houses.

The Villa's Outdoor Area

The house has a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 metres.

Around the pool, you will find a terrace and garden with plenty of space to relax, play, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in the sun.

The Area

Pieve Il Noce is set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards, fields, and olive groves. It is a peaceful setting where you will quickly settle into the relaxed atmosphere that characterises the area.

You will be staying in the countryside, where the roads consist of both asphalt and gravel. The gravel roads are maintained regularly, but weather conditions may occasionally make them a little uneven.

The small village of Pieve a Presciano is approximately 1 km from the house. Here, you will find a local bar, although the village becomes smaller year by year. For grocery shopping, we recommend visiting Bucine or Levane, both approximately 10 km away, where you will find supermarkets.

Pieve Il Noce is also an excellent base if you would like to explore Siena, Arezzo, and Florence during your holiday.

Your Hosts

Pieve Il Noce is part of the family's wine estate, Tenuta La Pieve, where Local Living has selected several of the family's holiday homes.

For generations, the family has cultivated vineyards and olive groves, and producing their own extra virgin olive oil remains an important part of everyday life. Upon arrival, you will meet the family at their reception, where you will receive your keys along with practical information before continuing to the house.
