Le Selve is a 140 m² villa situated in peaceful surroundings approximately 30 km from Florence.

The layout of the villa

The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with TV.

From the living room there is access to a covered terrace where you can enjoy a meal in the shade, protected from the sun, while overlooking the pool.

There is also one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area of the villa

In front of the villa you will find the garden, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy outdoor living, as well as a swimming pool (14 x 7 metres, depth min. 1.2 metres and max. 2.2 metres), where there is plenty of room for both play and relaxation.

Here you can spend the day cooling off in the pool, or relax in the shade of a parasol on a comfortable sun lounger.

Experiences in the area

There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. Only approximately 5 km from the villa lies the town of Borgo San Lorenzo, where you will find a train station and various shops.

If you enjoy shopping, Barberino del Mugello is approximately 20 km from the villa. Here you will find a designer outlet with more than 100 shops featuring some of the most well-known Italian and international brands.

You will also find Lake Bilancino nearby, where you can enjoy activities such as canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Golf is also possible in the area, and the "Poggio dei Medici" Golf Club is approximately 14 km away.
