Agriturismo Le Dolci Colline means 'the soft hills' and you will understand this when you see where the country house is located; idyllically set in the Umbrian countryside between green, small round hills and valleys. The country house has 5 charming apartments in different sizes, so you can choose the one that suits you best. The kitchens are differently equipped, but all have their own fridge and hob, so you can prepare meals yourself. All the apartments also have their own private dining area in the garden or a private veranda. The internet is free and covers the entire country house; both in the apartments, but also in all common areas.

The common outdoor area consists of a large and nice garden with flowers and trees and there is a shared barbecue and shared laundry available to all guests.

Besides this, the country house offers a lot of activities; Here is a nice child-friendly pool (9 x 4 meters with a depth of between 1.10-1.50 meters), table tennis, petanque court, various board games, 5 mountain bikes for free use, archery, telescope, hammock to take a nap in the shade, playground and finally a visit to nearby farmhouse with many different animals and to check out the bees at the local honey producer. Everything included in the price also the visits to the nearby farmhouse and at the honey producer (which is a hit among the smallest children).

The nearest town is the medieval town of Valfabbrica, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the country house. Here are good shopping opportunities; supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies and small, cozy bars where you can enjoy a cool drink in the afternoon.

Dolci Colline's nice owner Filippo, besides for being available for you during your stay, helps arrange excursions and activities in the area. Here you can, among other things, go horse trekking, fly with a paraglider, go on a boat trip on the Trasimener Lake, visit underground stalactive caves, in the autumn months take a hunt for truffle in the Umbrian forests and have a private jeep off-road excursion in the area. These excursions must be booked in advance and they are all with private English speaking guide and have an additional cost.

At Dolci Colline, you have almost everything that your heart can ask for, whether you want to relax by the pool, play in the garden and enjoy the beautiful views, take smaller excursions in the nearby area or throw yourself into activities further away like gliding, sailing or horse-trekking!
