It is located on the first floor on two levels: the lower level with a welcoming porch with a table for pleasant summer evenings, two bedrooms, a kitchen with fireplace, stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, a living room with sofa and LCD TV, two bathrooms with shower; and the upper level with a bedroom with two single beds, where there is a large window facing the garden. Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows. The garden has corner with sun beds for relaxation.

Francesco Petrarca is an apartment of 45 m2 for 2 people. It is romantically decorated, and you can enjoy a good book in front of the crackling fire from the fireplace in the living room. There is a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, and a double room and a bathroom with shower. The room is decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows. Just outside the entrance is a lovely private garden with barbecue - only a few steps from the swimming pool.

Gabriele D'Annunzio is an apartment of 60 m2 for 4 - 6* persons. It is located on ground floor (few steps up from the terrace) of a restored barn just a stone's throw from a beautiful olive grove. There is a garden with barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers, where there is plenty of privacy. Inside there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a bright kitchen in rustic style with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, a double room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows.

* The 5th and 6th person has to be children under 12 years. They are going to sleep on the sofa bed. 

Giovanni Boccaccio is an apartment of 80 m2 for 4 - 6* persons. It is located at ground level and has a spacious living room with sofa bed and fireplace. Beside the living room is a large kitchen with fireplace, stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, where culinary dishes can be enjoyed. In addition there is a double room with bathroom with shower and a room with two single beds, which also has a private bathroom with shower. Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows. Outside is a spacious garden where you can relax.

* The 5th and 6th person has to be children under 12 years. They are going to sleep on the sofa bed. 

Leonardo Da Vinci is an apartment on several floors spread over 100 m2 for 6 - 8 persons. It is located just steps from the tennis court and has a lovely terrace where you can eat breakfast with a breathtaking view of the wooded hills and watch the sun go down. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with fireplace and sofa bed and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker. On the first floor just above the kitchen there is a nice area for reading, a double room and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double room, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows.

We recommend that the 7th and 8th person are children up to 12 years old, as it is a sofa bed that they must sleep on.

Lorenzo il Magnifico is an apartment of 120 m2 for 6 - 8* persons. It is on two floors and the ground floor features a cozy living room with sofas in front of a fireplace and an LCD TV, a lovely dining room where the sun's rays from the garden pouring in, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Via a majestic wooden staircase takes you to the first floor where there is a double room and another bathroom. The apartment is rich in rustic details and antiques, and the rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows.

*For the 7th and 8th person there will be a sofa bed, and we recommend the persons max are 12 years old. 

Niccolò Machiavelli is an apartment of 60 m2 for 4 - 6* persons. It is located on the ground floor of a restored barn, and one must follow a short path through the garden to get here. It is particularly suitable for families with small children or to others where stairs can be difficult. Outside the apartment there is a fantastic green area where you can play with children or animals or just enjoy the sun from one of the loungers. There is a cozy country kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka, coffee maker, a living room with fireplace for relaxing evenings, a stunning master bedroom with beamed ceiling and antique furniture and a second bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Rooms are decorated in traditional Tuscan country style with brocades and embroidered pillows.

Villa Lionella is an independent villa on two floors spread over 220 m2 for 10 - 12 people. There are a total of five bedrooms, three of them are double rooms and five bathrooms with shower, two of the bathrooms also have a bathtub. In addition there is a living room with leather sofa and armchairs, a fireplace and an LCD TV with satellite receiver. There is a library area with sofa bed and armchairs, which can advantageously be converted into an extra bedroom. The dining room features a large wooden table that is ideal for cozy meals. Directly from the dining room you get to the kitchen, which is in a Provencal style with white tiles that are decorated with gentle, small blue flowers. There is a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove and dishwasher. In the basement there is a games room with pool table, poker table, cozy armchairs. satellite TV, bar with mini fridge and espresso machine.
