The villa’s unique outdoor area

The view from the villa is exceptional and invites you to let your thoughts wander and simply surrender to the moment. There are small cosy corners on the green areas and terraces around the house, where there is plenty of space for play and spending time together.

In addition, you have beautiful cosy corners with comfortable furniture, your own vegetable garden, and a heated pool with a hot tub right next to it. Everywhere outside, you will find the beauty of Tuscany with stone walls, green plants, and rustic details.

The heated swimming pool is 14 x 4 metres and 1.50 metres deep. From the pool, you have a direct and unobstructed view of the breathtaking landscape.

The villa’s interior

On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and direct access to the stone-paved terrace and garden. In the TV room, you will also find a comfortable sofa bed. The room can easily be used as a bedroom, as it has access to a private bathroom with shower.

The ground floor also has a large dining room with access to the covered terrace, which is ideal as an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron.

Via a staircase from the kitchen or from the parking area, you reach the first floor. Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub and shower.

In the tower, there is another bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, and dressing room. An external stone staircase leads you to the top floor of the tower, where there is a small terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, and private bathroom with shower.

The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house is additionally equipped with a changing room by the pool, a lush green area, Wi-Fi connection, barbecue, telephone, satellite TV, video, stereo with CD player, DVD player, iPod, hairdryer in each bathroom, 30 hectares of private forest, and a fruit orchard.
