The area

Il Giardino is located with a unique view of the Crete Senesi, an area in southern Tuscany situated between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The town of Asciano is the closest town, about 8 km away, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bank. Additionally, Siena is approximately a half-hour drive away. The city is known for its historic center, which is full of medieval charm with narrow streets. There are many restaurants and shops here. About 2 km from Il Giardino is the Abbazia di Monte Oliveto, a monastery with an interesting history, well worth a visit. Around 2 km away is Chiusure, a tiny town with a restaurant.

Description of the property

The villa consists of 4 apartments, each furnished in the old Tuscan style. The villa has two floors, with 2 of the apartments on the first floor. One of them is Gli Allori, which is 60 square meters and accommodates 4 people. It comprises a small kitchenette with a dining area, a living room with a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The other apartment, Le Rose, is 100 square meters and also accommodates 4 people. It features a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

The two remaining apartments are on the ground floor. One of them is Il Granaio, which is 100 square meters and accommodates 5 people. In this apartment, there is a living room with a dining area, a fireplace, and a kitchen, 1 triple bedroom with a bathroom with a shower suitable for disabled guests, and 1 double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The last apartment is La Vigna, which is 120 square meters and accommodates 7 people. It has a kitchen with a dining area, 1 double bedroom with an additional bed and a bathroom with a shower, and 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower.

The property includes a shared laundry room and an annex with a communal kitchen and dining area.

The owners have their own production of olive oli and wine and there is a small shop at the property where you can buy these local products. 

The garden and pool

Outside the villa, there is a pool with a depth of 1.40 meters. The pool area is equipped with chairs for relaxation while children enjoy the pool, all while taking in the beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. Next to the pool, there is a small covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view while having a meal or sipping a glass of wine in the shade.
