The price includes:
Final cleaning for the apartments (unless the accommodation has not been left tidy), gas, water, and electricity.
Pool season
The swimming pool is open from 08/05 to 19/10.
Paid locally and directly to the owners:
Air conditioning/heating: 120 euros per week (there is no air conditioning in Primula and Ribes.)
Departure cleaning: 60 euros for Villa Massimo - free for the apartments.
Towels and bed linen: 18 euros per person.
Extra bed and baby cot must be pre-booked.
Washing machine: 5 euros per wash.
Charger for el-cars: after consumption.
Bicycle rental is free. Children's bikes are also available. *Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Use of the beach in Tirrenia: If you wish to visit the beach, the owners have their own beach area between Pisa and Livorno until October 2027. Here, you need to choose whether you want a full or half day at the beach, whether you want to be in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd row, and whether you prefer to lie under a gazebo or a parasol.
Pets are not allowed.
NB- Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival.
