Villa Il Felceto accommodates 9 people, divided into 5 bedrooms.

From the villa’s terrace, you can enjoy the large garden (approximately 2 hectares), olive trees, flowers in beautiful colours, the inviting swimming pool ready to welcome you, and not least the view that only Tuscany can provide.

The villa’s outdoor area

It is not difficult to simply take a chair and sit down on the villa’s terrace – especially when the sun is at its highest during the summer months.

But when the sun has lowered the temperature a little and moved further west, the garden invites you both to explore, but also to play and enjoy ball games on the grass.

If the temperature is too high in the middle of the day and you do not want to stay in the shade, the swimming pool (15 x 7 metres) is especially inviting. It has a good size for both enjoying a few proper swims, relaxing, and for children and the young at heart to play and splash around.

The villa’s interior

Inside, you will also find a touch of authentic Tuscany, as the villa has been carefully renovated over time with great respect for its history. Therefore, you can still enjoy the beautiful original floors and, not least, the ceilings, which have been preserved in their original style.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, dining area, kitchen, and living area with sofas and fireplace. There is 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, and not least access to the covered terrace with BBQ.

You reach the first floor via an outdoor staircase. Here, you will find 2 double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, where one has a shower and the other has a bathtub.

In addition, there is another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a room with a French bed (equivalent to a 1.5-person bed). These two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The villa is located approximately 4 km from Piazze, where you will find a restaurant, shopping opportunities, and a pharmacy.
