Villa Fonte Verde accommodates up to 10 guests, spread across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main villa, plus an annex that offers an additional bedroom and bathroom.

This villa not only captivates with its charming exterior but also surprises with its stunning interior. At first glance, Villa Fonte Verde looks like a classic Tuscan villa, but as you approach, you'll notice a glass extension that houses a true wellness retreat.

The glass addition makes the villa ideal for year-round visits. When the pool is closed, you can relax in the spa, enjoy the sauna, hydromassage, or chromotherapy. There are plenty of ways to unwind and enjoy a peaceful holiday, even in late autumn, winter, or early spring. The wellness area can, of course, be used in summer as well.

Outside, you'll find a large lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees that beautifully frame the property.
The pool is perfectly positioned to offer a stunning view of the Chiana Valley, allowing you to take in the depth, shapes, and colors of the landscape.

By the pool, you'll find sun loungers and parasols, along with a small table and chairs nearby. Opposite the table and just up a few steps, you'll find the outdoor jacuzzi.

As you pass by cypress and olive trees, the beautiful old stone villa emerges. Villa Fonte Verde is actually an old farmhouse dating back to the 1700s, now carefully renovated with respect for its history.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a living area with sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace. There's also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, coffee maker, moka pot, toaster, electric kettle, oven, citrus juicer, and a fridge with a freezer that also has an ice maker.

Additionally, there is access to an adjoining room with a wood-fired pizza oven – this room leads directly to the garden.

The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, features 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The villa also includes a small annex, which offers a bedroom for 2 guests, as well as a bathroom for them.

You’re just a 15-minute drive from Cortona, where you’ll find nearly everything you need for your holiday. This charming medieval town offers restaurants serving classic Tuscan cuisine, small shops, and bars perfect for an Aperol spritz.
