Panoramic views, Tuscan charm and beautiful location

The guest farm originates from an old 18th Century hamlet, where over 40 villagers, all kinsmen, lived until 1940.  The whole village has since been meticulously restored and, even though it has kept all its distinctive features, it provides all the necessary comforts to make a holiday unforgettable. 

Apartments, rooms or suites, tastefully furnished with antiques and precious Tuscan fabrics, are available to meet our guests’ requirements.  Great attention has been paid to thorough, meticulous restoration and to detail. 

The surrounding flourishing countryside, a mass of orchards, is fitting for a corner of paradise that now returns to its former splendour. Our clients can also buy olive oil, wine and farm produce. During their stay at this property, the guests can enjoy their own swimming pool framed by a unique natural landscape. 

The large swimming pool (16 x 8 h. from 70 cm to 170 cm) features 5 Jacuzzi massage corners.  Swimming pool open from April to October (subject to weather conditions).

Free for the guests mountain bikes. Laundry service available to pay on the premises. On request breakfast service and chef service. Restaurant open for dinner 2 times a week in July and August (booking required).

I Bianchini – sleeps 8 -12 The apartment is  on the first floor. The access to the apartment is by an inside staircase. It consists of a spacious living-room with fire place, a kitchen equipped with oven, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, a study room and four double bedded rooms. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, satellite TV and fridge. In the kitchen there is a mezzanine floor with a single bed. TV.  160 square metres. 


Two double bedrooms with private bathrooms La Piccionaia and Il Seccatoio, can be rented joined with the apartment Bianchini.

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
