The villa’s interior

The villa offers a spacious 400 m² of living space, divided into two sections and connected by a large, bright central living room. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, there is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen featuring, among other things, an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a beautiful bedroom with a private bathroom. There are several access points to the terraces, allowing the outdoor areas to become a natural extension of the villa’s living space.

From the large, bright living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you are welcomed by a long hallway with two spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other has two single beds. On the left side of the first floor, there is a small lounge area with direct access to an outdoor staircase. From this lounge, another staircase leads up to a mezzanine level, where the final double bedroom with a private bathroom is located.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning.

Step outside

In front of the villa, you will find the swimming pool (9 x 4 metres, with a depth of 120–150 cm), which is situated on a lower level, meaning there are some steps leading down from the house to the pool area. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax in the warm sunshine, while a grassy area provides the opportunity to enjoy the shade beneath the olive trees.

The terrace is truly spacious and wide, carefully furnished with plenty of outdoor furniture and covered areas, allowing you to enjoy meals here while taking in the perfect views. There is also a beautiful inner courtyard with an arched walkway and additional lounge furniture. Overall, the villa offers several peaceful areas where you can retreat and enjoy some quiet time away from social activities.

The area around the villa

Villa Corte della Luna is located approximately 20 km from Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth-largest lake, where you can enjoy the beaches, go cycling, or take excursions to the charming towns surrounding the lake. A little further away, you will find Perugia, the capital of Umbria, where you can admire one of the city’s most famous landmarks, the Fontana Maggiore fountain. Perugia is a vibrant university town with many excellent restaurants, shops, and bars, and it is also renowned for its chocolate.

The villa is located just under 5 km from the centre of Cortona, where you can explore centuries-old churches and medieval buildings, visit charming local shops, or browse for art and souvenirs. The same distance takes you to Camucia, which offers restaurants, shops, and several large supermarkets.
