The prices include:
Water, gas, electricity, linen and towels changed weekly and final cleaning.
Pool season:
The swimming pool is open from 01.05 - 15.10.
To be paid locally:
Deposit: 100 euro (cash - refunded at departure).
Air conditioning: 15 euro per day (not all apartments have AC, so remember to look under each description).
Heating: 5 euro per person per day. (only used in the cold months).
Cooking service: 20 euro per hour (without grocery shopping).
Maid service: 15 euro per hour.
Baby stting: 15 euro per hour.
Breakfast upon request: 15 euro per person.
Rental of pool towels: 5 euro per towel.
Small pets are allowed (up to 6 kg): 10 euro per pet per day.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1 euro per person per night (kids not included) and a maximum of 10 days.
