To be paid locally and directly to the owner:
Air conditioning: 70 euro per week (cash).
Final cleaning: 150 euro (cash).
For late arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a fee of 80 euros will be charged. Arrival after 12:00 AM is not possible, and check-in will therefore take place the following day.
Heating upon consumption.
Pets are not allowed.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 2 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years are not included) and a maximum of 4 days.
