The area where you will be staying

In the heart of the Chiana Valley—below the charming medieval town of Cortona—you will find this lovely stone house, Cascina La Graziosa, which accommodates 4 guests.

If you are not yet familiar with this beautiful area, you can look forward to discovering a place full of charm, small medieval towns and stunning natural surroundings. You will be staying in the southern part of Tuscany, not far from the Umbria region, which is not as well known as Tuscany.

The area offers plenty of green spaces, hiking trails and charming historic towns with excellent restaurants and museums to visit.

The villa's outdoor area

This is a detached house of approximately 70 m² with a private garden and swimming pool entirely at your own disposal.

In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, which can be used when you wish to enjoy your meals outdoors. There is also a garden gazebo overlooking the pool.

The pool, measuring 10 × 5 metres and with a depth ranging from 2.5 to 1.5 metres, is wonderfully situated in the middle of the garden, with sun loungers available. The lawn is enclosed by a laurel hedge.

The villa layout

This is the ideal villa for you if you are two adults travelling with two children and are looking for privacy, plenty of outdoor space and a large swimming pool.

Cascina La Graziosa is arranged on one level and is comfortably furnished with simple and cosy furniture.

The villa consists of a living room with sofas and a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine.

The sleeping area includes a bright double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also space for an extra bed in the living room.

The villa also offers air conditioning, which is payable separately, and a washing machine is available.

To be paid locally and directly to the owner:

Air conditioning: 70 euro per week (cash).

Final cleaning: 150 euro (cash).

For late arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a fee of 80 euros will be charged. Arrival after 12:00 AM is not possible, and check-in will therefore take place the following day.

Heating upon consumption.

Pets are not allowed.

NB - Tourist tax:

Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 2 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years are not included) and a maximum of 4 days.
