The apartment Limonaia is housed in a building that was previously used for the storage of wintering lemon trees and flowers, therefore the name  ‘Limonaia’ – the lemon house.

The apartment is divided into two levels and accommodates 8 people. It has three bedrooms, of which two double bedrooms and one bedroom with possibility of both a double bed and two separate beds.

The entrance is on the ground floor, where there is a large dining room with fireplace and a double sofa bed. Separate from the dining room is the kitchen and from the kitchen and from the dining room there is a patio door leading out to a large covered terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds.

The ground floor also has a smaller laundry room with washing machine and a small bathroom.

 A staircase at the entrance leads up to the first floor where the three bedrooms are. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace with a beautiful view. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with shower on the first floor.

This big apartment is ideal for those who have a large family or a group of friends who want to vacation together. The apartmenthas has 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom) and a third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom just across the corridor. The apartment is located on the first floor and you reach it by a staircase or elevator.

The large cozy living room, located centrally in the apartment, has a fireplace, TV, music system, sofa bed for 2 persons and two armchairs. A well-equipped kitchen is located at one end of the apartment and the kitchen has also a washing machine. Outside the kitchen is a small terrace where you can sit outside and relax in the afternoon.
