The villa layout

The villa is arranged over two floors. The interior is very spacious, cosy and tastefully furnished.

On the ground floor, you will find two fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and cooker. One of the kitchens also features a barbecue. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with sofas, coffee tables and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a large table, chairs and a pool table.

On the first floor, there are five double bedrooms, plus an additional double bed in the walk-in wardrobe connected to the large master bedroom.

Also on the first floor are two fully equipped bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub, and two bathrooms with shower cabins.

From the kitchen on the ground floor, there is direct access to the courtyard and pool area.

The villa's outdoor area

There is also a lovely and cosy veranda that provides shade while you enjoy spending time outdoors. Overlooking the valley and the vineyards, it offers peace of mind and a wonderful place to spend your holiday.

The house has a large private plot and garden, where you can spend time outdoors among the private vineyards. You can also relax by the swimming pool (10 × 4 m), which is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

It is also possible to arrange a variety of activities at the property upon request, such as hiring a private chef to prepare delicious meals, cooking classes, wine tastings, a picnic in the vineyards, bicycle rental for exploring the surrounding area, or yoga sessions.

The area where you will be staying

Cascina Torretta enjoys a fantastic location, as it is within walking distance (1 km) of the nearby village of Mombercelli, where you will find a supermarket (Despar), restaurants (Ristorante Pizzeria Nazionale) and cafés (Caffé della Piana).

If you are staying in Piedmont, you will need a car to explore all the wonderful sights nearby, including Asti, Nizza, Alba and the countless small hilltop villages located close to the villa.

Parking is available at the property, including covered parking for the hot summer days.
