Cascina Toetto is situated on a hilltop not far from the village of Castelnuovo Calcea. Cascina Toetto is a gem with its charm, tranquillity and incredible views, and it must be one of the very best places from which to enjoy a holiday in Piedmont.

Cascina Toetto has a perfect location, as it is only 700 metres from the nearest restaurant, Boschetto di Vignole in Castelnuovo Calcea, and the nearest bar, Brofferio Café, is also the same distance away. The nearest supermarket is in Nizza Monferrato, 6 km from the villa, where you can also explore the charming historic centre.

The villa layout

The villa is very spacious and arranged over two floors. It has 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The interior is very modern and has been designed with great care and attention to detail.

Inside the villa there are 7 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub, 3 bathrooms with a shower, and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with a washbasin and shower only – no toilet.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with several cookers, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dining area with a large wooden table and chairs. You can relax in the cosy living area with a fireplace or in the second living room with a sofa and another fireplace. On the ground floor, there is direct access from the kitchen to the courtyard and pool area.

The villa's outdoor area

If you would like to enjoy your meals outdoors while taking in the beautiful views, there is a very special covered terrace with a large table and chairs for this purpose. The terrace has been designed so that you feel elevated above the surrounding landscape, and the views are completely uninterrupted.

From here, it is only a short distance to the pool area with an infinity pool (10 × 5 m, 1.4 m deep) overlooking the vineyards of Monferrato. Around the pool there are sun loungers and parasols.

There are also many activities that can be arranged at the property if you wish, including a private chef, cooking classes, picnics in the vineyards on the estate, bicycle rental and guided tours, wine tastings, and yoga classes.
