The price includes:
Water, gas, electricity, heating, air conditioning, parking and WIFI.
Pool season:
Pool is open from April to October but exact date depends on the weather.
To be paid locally and directly to the owners:
Deposit: 100 euro (cash or credit card - refunded upon departure).
Final cleaning: Euro 65 for the 2-rooms apartment and Euro 75 for the 3-rooms apartment
Use of washing machine: 4 euro per wash
The following services are on request at the moment of the reservation:
Bed linen and towels: 15 euro per per person. (No pool towels for rent.)
Baby cot: 15 euro per week.
High chair: 10 euro per week.
Tablecloth, napkins, dishtowels: 5 euro
Weekly cleaning, apartment, except kitchenette and kitchenware: 35 euro for 2-rooms apartment and 45 euro for 3-rooms apartment
Beds ready at the arrival: 20 euro for 2-rooms apartment and 30 euro for 3-rooms apartment
Pets are not allowed.
NB - Tourist tax:
Tourist taxation, which is a small amount, has to be paid in cash locally at arrival. The tourist taxation is expected to be approximately 1,5 euro per person per night (kids under 12 years not included) and a maximum of 5 days.
