Casa Virginia accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is beautifully positioned on a hilltop near Buonconvento in southern Tuscany, surrounded by cypress trees, olive groves and open countryside, with views stretching towards Montalcino on the horizon.

Here you will stay in a place where the classic Tuscan soul has been carefully preserved and combined with modern comfort. The atmosphere is calm and authentic – a place where the pace naturally slows and the landscape takes centre stage.

The property is divided into two independent wings: the owners’ private residence and your private guest villa, which is entirely dedicated to you during your stay. Your villa is completely self-contained and ideal for those seeking an intimate and well-kept base in the Tuscan countryside.

Interior of the villa

Casa Virginia is set over two floors and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Inside, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and beautifully preserved rustic details, all restored with great respect for the villa’s history.

On the ground floor you will find the natural heart of the home. The living room features sofas gathered around the fireplace, creating a cosy space for relaxed evenings when you are not enjoying the outdoors. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, designed for shared cooking moments, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, moka pot and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a practical utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The ground floor also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two additional bedrooms. One is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, while the second double bedroom has access to a separate bathroom with shower. All upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, and mosquito screens are fitted throughout the house, allowing you to enjoy the fresh country air. All beds in the bedrooms are 140 cm wide.

Outdoor area

Outside, the surroundings open up peacefully around the villa, offering plenty of space to enjoy life outdoors. A covered pergola serves as your outdoor dining area, where you can sit in the shade and take in the views of the rolling hills and open landscape.

The swimming pool is a highlight in itself. Designed as a saltwater pool with a distinctive funnel shape (5 x 10 m), the depth ranges from approximately 1 metre at the edges to 2 metres in the centre. The pool area is shared with the owners, yet the atmosphere remains calm and discreet – ideal for a refreshing swim on warm Tuscan days.
