The villa’s outdoor area

Casa Vera is surrounded by an 1,800 m² garden with olive trees and Mediterranean herbs. Here you’ll find a stunning infinity pool (18 x 4.5 m) with sea views and comfortable sun loungers. If the sun gets too warm, you can relax in the shade under the modern pergola. The terrace and veranda invite you to enjoy long evenings with dinner under the open sky, while the sound of cicadas and the view of the sea set the perfect atmosphere. Simply lean back and take in the colors of the sky as they meet the sea after a wonderful day.

Inside the villa

The villa covers 350 m² and is decorated in a minimalist style by designer Gordon Guillaumier, who has combined raw materials with local details and the warm colors of Sicilian craftsmanship.

On the ground floor you’ll find a large living area with kitchen, dining space and direct access to the veranda. From here, there is access to three sea-view bedrooms – one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing a bathroom.

An external staircase leads to the annex, which offers two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – perfect for those traveling together who appreciate extra privacy.

Casa Vera is just a few minutes from the beautiful Baroque town of Noto and close to other UNESCO-listed cities such as Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. You can also easily reach the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the beautiful beaches of Calamosche and Lido di Noto.
