Casale Luisa is a welcoming villa located in the Versilia hills near Massarosa, a small town in the province of Lucca. It enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Massaciuccoli and the Mediterranean Sea. From here, it is only 10 km to the beautiful sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Viareggio.  

The Villa Layout

The villa is elegantly furnished and arranged over three floors.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a well-equipped country-style kitchen with a dining area. From the kitchen, there is direct access to a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful views. The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and a laundry room.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own shower room and sea view.

The top floor features a large and spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower.

The Villa's Outdoor Area

The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and a large garden offering plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the comfortable outdoor furniture.

Approximately 50 metres from the main house, down a small slope, is the annex, which contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own private entrance.

Close to the annex, you can unwind on a sun lounger beside the beautiful infinity pool (16 × 4 metres) while enjoying the breathtaking views across the countryside and the sea in the distance.

There is also a pergola with a cosy outdoor kitchen, where you can prepare meals and enjoy dining in the shade.

Experiences in the Area

Within a 30–40 minute drive from Casale Luisa are the historic cities of Lucca and Pisa, both offering a wealth of history, cultural attractions, restaurants, cafés, and excellent shopping opportunities.

If you wish to visit a larger city, Florence is only about an hour and a half away by car.
