Casa Lamate is a beautiful stone villa in the best Tuscan style with lots of rustic details; wooden beams, terracotta floors and outdoor loggia. Add to that a wonderful panoramic view of Valdichiana and proximity to the cozy medieval town, Cortona. Not the worst - right?

The house is furnished on 3 floors, and each floor has direct access from the outside.

From the main entrance you enter the large kitchen with i.a. dishwasher and microwave and washing machine. From here you also come to the conservatory, where you can enjoy eating most of your meals while enjoying the countryside. An arch door separates the kitchen from the cozy living room with sofas, where the stone fireplace stands out.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower; the other two bedrooms (a double room - and a room with a french bed and extra single bed on the landing) share a bathroom with shower.

The fourth bedroom, which is a double room with extra single bed is located in the annex, where there is also a bathroom with shower, a small fitness corner with treadmill and a bicycle. Laundry room.

The house is surrounded by 1,500 m2 of fully fenced garden, making it the ideal place to spend lovely, relaxing moments under the olive and oak trees. A corner by the house is furnished with the grill and the fireplace, and I am sure you will take advantage of it and enjoy cooking outdoors.

In the garden there is a nice pool area with sun loungers and parasols and with a pool of 4 x 8 m and 1.40 m - 1.90 m deep. To get to the pool from the house you have to go up a stone staircase, and here by the pool is a small annex with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

It is allowed to bring your pets for a small extra fee.

It is just over 1 km to the nearest restaurant / take away and only 3.6 km to the nearest town.

Casa Lamate is just a few km far from the well-known Etruscan town of Cortona rich in traditions, culture, art and culinary history. Its strategic position also makes it the perfect starting point to visit the major cultural and urban centers of central Italy.
