Nestled among the trees in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, Casa Ilenia offers a wonderful sense of peace and tranquillity. If you are looking for a villa with plenty of privacy, birdsong, and lush green surroundings, this is the perfect choice. Here you can completely unwind. Enjoy the sunshine on the terrace, or move your chair into the shade provided by the many trees surrounding the property.

The Villa

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan layout with a living room featuring a sofa bed, a dining area, and a recently renovated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, and dishwasher. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the garden. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a wrought-iron double bed and a private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed. This room is connected in an open-plan layout to an additional room with a single bed. A bathroom is also located on this floor.

Casa Ilenia is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

The Outdoor Areas

You have the entire villa exclusively for yourselves, which also means that the swimming pool (4 x 8 metres, depth between 1 and 1.40 metres) is completely private. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, allowing you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The villa also features a large garden with plenty of lawn space, perfect for children to play or for relaxing outdoors.

Next to the house, there is a lovely terrace with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying long summer evenings.

The Area

Although Casa Ilenia offers a peaceful and private setting, you are only 1.6 km from the nearest supermarket in the town of Marciano.

In Cesa (2.8 km), you will find both a supermarket and a restaurant. A little further away are the towns of Foiano della Chiana (7.7 km) and Monte San Savino (8 km), both charming small towns with restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops.

Approximately 4.5 km from the villa, you will find the small water park Aquapark Crocodile. Although it is an older attraction, it can provide a fun and enjoyable day out with children.

For a little wellness and relaxation, you can visit Rapolano Terme (30 km), a town famous for its thermal springs and natural baths.

The beautiful towns of Cortona (23 km) and Arezzo (27 km) are both within easy reach. These picturesque towns offer excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, and plenty of Tuscan atmosphere.
