Casa Garbazzola accommodates 6–8* guests, divided into 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is peacefully located in the gentle hills of Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and beautiful open landscapes, with views of the Alps following you throughout the day. Here, you get a simple, modern and newly renovated villa with a private pool and a relaxed atmosphere.
Outdoor area
Outside, you will find a lovely small lawn, a terrace and the pool area. From here, you can enjoy a stunning view over the green hills and the silhouette of the Alps on the horizon. The pool (7 x 3.5 m) is perfectly positioned so you can take in the view while swimming or relaxing on the sun loungers. Right next to the villa, still with the beautiful view, is the covered terrace with dining table and chairs for the whole family – the perfect spot for all your meals or a glass of wine in the evening sun.
The garden also has an outdoor shower and a table tennis set, offering plenty of space for play, fun and relaxation. The property has private parking and is completely secluded in natural, peaceful surroundings.
Interior
Casa Garbazzola is spread over two floors and furnished in a simple and comfortable modern style that fits naturally with its rural setting.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright, modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has direct access to the garden and the covered terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals outside. Inside, there is also a dining room and a cosy living room with sofas and a TV, as well as a guest toilet.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms with double beds (one can be converted into two single beds). The large bathroom on this floor features both a shower and a bathtub – ideal for families with younger children who love a relaxing bath after a long day.
The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets and fans for the warm days.
*The 7th and 8th guests must be children.
