The 163 m² villa is located on the outskirts of the charming town of La Morra and features a private pool, views over the surrounding landscape, and its own private courtyard.

The Villa

The villa has a simple yet comfortable and functional interior. It offers four bedrooms: three double bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed.

The villa includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave (the owner is a chef!), and a dining area connected to the kitchen. From here, you also have direct access to the garden.

The kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three bedrooms and the second bathroom are situated on the first floor.

The Outdoor Areas

In the garden just outside the kitchen, you will find a smaller private pool (3.20 x 4.20 metres, 1.20 metres deep), perfect for cooling off during warm summer days.

The garden also features a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals using local ingredients.

Next to the house, there is a small vegetable garden available for guests to use. Depending on the season, you may find fresh tomatoes, salad, and other vegetables to enjoy during your stay.

The owner of Casa Fornace, a local chef, lives in the neighbouring house and is available if you need assistance. He is happy to share recommendations for excursions in the area and takes care of watering the vegetable garden early in the morning.

The Area

The centre of La Morra is only 1.2 km away. Here you will find a small grocery shop, restaurants, bars, wine shops, and local attractions.

La Morra is a charming hilltop village located in the famous Barolo wine region, and its name is particularly well known among wine enthusiasts. The town is an ideal destination for food lovers and wine connoisseurs who wish to experience the exceptional wines and gastronomy of the Langhe area.

From the main square, Piazza Castello, which opens directly towards the countryside on one side, you can enjoy spectacular views across the Langhe landscape.

Alba is located 17 km from Casa Fornace, while Asti is approximately 42 km away.
