Welcome to Casa di Tramito, a beautiful newly renovated villa with an adjoining annex for 10 people and 2 children (sleeping in the costs), featuring 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms.

The villa is situated on a hillside in the picturesque Tuscany, in the province of Lucca. This charming house is divided into 2 units, accommodating 6 and 4 people respectively. It's a place where you can breathe in the authentic Tuscan atmosphere, surrounded by hills, vineyards, and olive groves that offer an unforgettable view.

The stunning red villa exudes characteristic Italian charm and has been thoroughly renovated, with a modern touch adding a unique elegance. The owners have taken great care to ensure that the house functions well for you, and quality has not been spared.

Spanning two floors, the house invites you into a spacious ground floor with a large kitchen, a dining room perfect for cozy family evenings, and a bright living room that beckons for relaxation after a delightful day in the sun. An additional toilet completes the ground floor facilities.

On the first floor, you'll find three lovely double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a TV room. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round.

In the annex, there are 2 suites, each with a bedroom and a bathroom, accommodating a total of 4 people.

The highlight of Casa di Tramito is the outdoor terrace, where the pool (5m x 9.5m - 1.30m deep) takes center stage. Relax under the large umbrellas and be enchanted by the unique view of the town and the surrounding nature. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue allows for culinary adventures under the open sky. There's also a practical and charming pergola that invites you to evening meals with a breathtaking view.

When you're ready to explore the area, exciting experiences await just outside the door. Take a trip to Lucca, only 7 km away, where Piazza dell'anfiteatro, once a Roman amphitheater, is now adorned with colorful houses, shops, and restaurants. You can also enjoy a visit to one of the fashionable seaside towns with beautiful sandy beaches or venture into the mountains north of Lucca, where cycling enthusiasts will be in their element.

For nature lovers, breathtaking hikes await in the Tuscan countryside, where endless vineyards and olive trees stretch out to the horizon. Montecarlo, a small town known for its wine production, invites you to wine tasting at local vineyards, where you can experience the characteristic wines of the region.

It's possible to book a chef to cook for you once or several times during your stay.

There are some stairs in and around the house, so it's not suitable for those with mobility issues. There are 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs.
