Welcome to Casa di Tramito, a beautiful newly renovated villa with an adjoining annex, accommodating up to 10 guests and 2 small children (0–3 years old, sleeping in cots). The property offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The villa is located on a hillside in the idyllic Tuscan countryside in the province of Lucca. This charming house is divided into two separate units, accommodating 6 and 4 guests respectively. This is a place where you can breathe in the authentic Tuscan atmosphere, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves, offering unforgettable views.

The Villa's Outdoor Areas

The true highlight of Casa di Tramito is the wonderful outdoor terrace, where the swimming pool (5 x 9.5 m, depth 1.30 m) is the natural centre of attention.

Relax beneath the large parasols and let yourself be enchanted by the unique views over the nearby town and the surrounding nature. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue provides the perfect opportunity for culinary adventures under the open sky.

There is also a practical and charming covered area, inviting you to enjoy evening meals while taking in the breathtaking views.

The Villa Interior

The beautiful red villa combines characteristic Italian charm with a complete renovation, while modern touches add a unique elegance. The owners have paid great attention to making the house comfortable and functional for guests, with no compromise on quality or thoughtful details.

The house extends over two floors and welcomes you into a spacious ground floor featuring a large kitchen, a dining room perfect for cosy family dinners, and a bright living room inviting you to relax after a wonderful day in the sunshine. An additional guest toilet completes the ground floor facilities.

On the first floor, you will find three lovely double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a TV room. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

The annex consists of two suites, each with one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating a total of 4 guests. The annex is located above the pool and terrace area, and from here the views are, if possible, even more spectacular. Please note that there are several steps leading up to the annex.

There are several stairs around and inside the property, making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Two cots and two high chairs are available.

When you are ready to explore the area, exciting experiences await just outside the door.

Take a trip to Lucca, located only 7 km away, where Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, once a Roman amphitheatre, is now surrounded by colourful houses, charming shops and restaurants.

You can also enjoy a visit to one of the elegant seaside resorts along the coast with beautiful sandy beaches, or head north of Lucca into the mountains, where cycling enthusiasts will find plenty of challenging routes.

For those who love nature, breathtaking walks await in the Tuscan landscape, where endless vineyards and olive groves stretch towards the horizon.

Montecarlo, a small town famous for its wine production, invites you to visit local wineries and enjoy tastings of the characteristic wines from the area.

It is possible to book a private chef to prepare meals for you one or more evenings during your stay.
