Villa Borgo Santo Stefano has room for 14 persons, divided into 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Borgo Santo Stefano consists of three different units divided into two structures Casa Fufigna and Il Granaio. The two structures were once an old farmhouse and an old barn, the renovation of the property in 1998 turned it into three villas. The small village of Santo Stefano was once a farmhouse built around 1850 with a scenic location on a hillside overlooking the entire valley.

Casa Fufigna consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large common room with space for everyone where there is a fireplace and sofa bed, you go on to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds before you walk towards the entrance you meet a bathroom with bathtub. To get to the first floor you have to go outside where you go up a beautiful stone staircase with a small terreasse here you are greeted by a living room with fireplace, a kitchenette and a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds next to the kitchen is the bathroom which is equipped with bath and shower.

Il Granaio has two floors, on the ground floor you will find a large common room with sofa bed and fireplace, we move on we are met by a well equipped open kitchen with dining room where there is room for everyone and a bedroom with two single beds next to the bedroom there is a bathroom . To get to the first floor, a wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor where there is a bathroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, from the bedroom there is a separate entrance with the stone staircase which leads one directly into the garden.

The whole villa is equipped with laundry room, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hair dryer, telephone, Wifi, air conditioning and heating

Borgo Santo Stefano is surrounded by a beautiful garden with the opportunity for pure relaxation in the large pool, which is located in the center of the property. In the garden there is a large stone grill for free use, where delicious Italian food can be prepared. The villa also has a garage which provides space for three vehicles. not far from the villa small 7 km is the small cozy village Castiglion Fiorentino which is known for its annual festivals and Etruscan archeological site, with Borgo Santo Stefanos location you can also visit the neighboring region of Umbria and explore the ancient medieval towns.
